What is the cost of shipping?
Domestic: $6.75 for first item, $3.00 each additional item.
Canada: $10.00 for first item, $3.00 each additional item.
International: $15.00 for first item, $3.00 each additional item.
What company do you use to ship?
We typically ship using USPS, once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How long will it take before my item ships?
United States:
Most items are shipped within 3 business days. Depending on the customer's location, delivery typically occurs within 5–7 days.
International:
Most items are shipped within 3 business days. Depending on the customer's location, delivery typically occurs within 7-14 days.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes when ordering outside of the United States.
Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping only once we receive the items back.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit card payments, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon, and Shop Pay.
Return Policy
We accept items for exchange only within 14 days of when item was received. Item must be unworn and in original condition.
If an item is received with issue that is the fault of DeadStox; i.e. wrong size, defect, etc. we will provide a return shipping label and send a replacement of what you purchased.
